Yesterday I went to see this music theatre show starring a friend of mine - don't they just look gorgeous??

It's a spoof on their actual real-life girls band, Daughters of Real, with a very self-ironic twist; a band so full of them self due to all the crazy fame they experience - they have been asked to the white house, for instance, because Obama is just crazy about them (!!), but they begin arguing about a drum pattern and the whole scene ends in a huge fight, reeking of jealousy and hurt feelings.

I loved it, and was very surprised with the music as well. My friend has always talked about it as something she does just for fun, because they supposedly were terrible musicians - but they were not! They all had fantastic voices and the texts and melodies were very well-composed. It's that Danish 'Jantelov', I think.

If you're in Copenhagen, you can still make the last show ever (yes, it's true) tonight at nine at Husets Teater, Halmtorvet 9 - it's performed in American, so you don't have to be a Dane to enjoy it.
