Weekend of pizza
I ate three pizzas this weekend. Two of them were this pizza bianco with potato slices, rosemary and parmasan flakes. And of course - lodes and lodes and lodes of chili/garlic oil.
I normally don't cook the potato slices before, but I read somewhere that you should blanche them for 30 seconds in salty water. I did and I think I will do that next time too.
