Fishy


One of these days I'll probably turn into a smoked mackerel. I can't stop eating it - try it on toasted rye bread with coarse ground peber, parsley og lemon. It's the best.

I'm also enjoying the terribly short asparagus season; raw, steamed, boiled in a white sauce like you mother makes it, you name it.

This time I grilled them with olive oil and lemon and ate them with grilled salmon and a salad with pointed cabbage (yes, that is actually how spidskål translates into English), chili, olive oil, lemon and garlic. And potatoes. Never forget potatoes in the summer.

yes!! har også selv lige nydt røget makrel med røræg på rugbrød ;-)

Også en rigtig god kombination med æg! Gad vide om der er nogen kombination, der ikke virker??
