Okay, so you know the tarte tatin from my birthday (magnificent, right?)
and you know pizza from the pizza guy or from your own oven (my only tip - not shown here - are goat cheese rolls and cherry tomatoes with honey and scallions, it's good, trust me)
- so let me just tell you a about the egg cake, a very Danish thing, I think, since it is not an omelette!
Okay, actually it is, but you whisk it a bit more, so it gets fluffy and smooth. On top: small pieces of fried bacon and chives (cherry tomatoes and other vegetables will do too, but I prefer to keep it simple) - serve on toasted very dak rye bread.

Yum! It looks so good. I love arugula on pizza!
Haha, I thought arugula was some kind of sardine :-) But it's the salat, which I thought was kalled rucula world wide, so I learned something new!
(and yes, Dennis, you can come by and have egg cake)
