That day was today, and I wasn't a fan before and still isn't. It's wobbly goo, but with a fairly good taste of chocolate. And whipped cream is always good, so it wasn't all bad.
In this case, it was something with the aesthetics. This particular shade of brown just wasn't nice. As mentioned before, Japanese love their gel, and they make it so beautiful that you actually would like to taste it. But beautiful or not, it's still weird. So for me, gel/goo belongs on top of a cake, and that's it.
The last picture is just me trying to photograph the very low-flying airplanes over my head. Have a tip for photographing objects in the dark?

You need a tripod for photographing in the dark. That makes you able to keep the camera still during the shutter time :-)
